How to Arrange Services
To organise a mobile podiatry appointment, please call or email your details to onstepmobilepodiatry@outlook.com. Please include your name, phone number, preferred appointment date and time, suburb/address, and a brief description of your concerns. We offer standard (private) consults and can also support funded appointments including NDIS Services, Workers Compensation, DVA and SAH where appropriate. If you are unsure which option applies, contact us and we will guide you.
Home Visit Service Days
Home visits are available Wednesday to Thursday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Home visits outside these days and hours are available upon request, including Saturday mornings. After-hours visits may also be available upon request.
Service Area
We provide home visits across most Sydney suburbs. If you are unsure whether your area is covered, please contact us and we will confirm promptly.
What to Include
When booking by phone or email, include your name, phone number, suburb/address, preferred appointment date and time, and a short description of what you need help with. If you have a plan manager, support coordinator, or referrer, include their details as well.
